As of March 2026, there is no officially announced fixed date for the next major GameLoop engine update to resolve current Call of Duty: Mobile (CODM)
compatibility issues. However, recent support communications and community reports indicate the following:

        Expected Fix Window
GameLoop support recently indicated they are working with developers and expected a fix for the Season 2 (Lunar Charge) update as early as the first week of March 2026.

        Update Delays
GameLoop updates for CODM typically lag several days behind the mobile release. The Season 2 update (launched February 11) has seen significant delays due to increased system requirements that the 32-bit version of the emulator can no longer handle.

        Ongoing Issues
Players are currently reporting that the latest version (v1.0.54) is unplayable on many GameLoop configurations, suffering from broken Smart Key-maps and “crash on launch” errors.

        Major Engine Transition
Developers are reportedly working on moving the game to the 64-bit emulator and the new TenStore Android Connect (TAC) engine to improve stability and performance.

        Troubleshooting Tips
While waiting for the official automated update, some users have found temporary success with these methods:

        1) Manual Play Store Update: Open the Google Play Store inside the GameLoop emulator to check for manual updates, though this frequently causes key-mapping issues.
        2) Clean Reinstall: Some users report that a complete uninstall of GameLoop, followed by a fresh installation of the 64-bit version, can resolve launch crashes.
        3) Official Support: You can submit bug reports directly to Activision Support or check the official GameLoop website for the latest build.

As I’ve said on my live streams, like you, I have to wait for Gameloop to update Call of Duty: Mobile. In my opinion, as I’ve said countless times, Call of Duty: Mobile should be ported over to PC (Just like Combat Master). Given that Call of Duty Mobile is Free to Play, I don’t see why CoD:M could also be on Console – both Xbox and PlayStation and even Nintendo Switch with cross play and Input Base Match Making. You’re talking about a mobile game that has over 50 PvP maps, Black Out Battle Royal, Rank, Zombies, Tournaments and weekly Clan Wars.

Will Call of Duty: Mobile ever come to PC or console? Simple answer, in my opinion, no! Why? Given the fact that Call of Duty: Mobile is Free to Play, it would be a direct competitor with the $69.99 Dollar version of Call of Duty and the premium CoD is a yearly release, where as, CoD:M is not. Furthermore, CoD:M is pure nostalgia with Pvp maps dating back to Black Ops 1. Game modes includes, at the time of writing, Front Line, Team Death Match (TDM), Search and Destroy (SnD), Free for All (FFA), Domination (Dom), Hardpoint, Control along with Limited Time Game Modes and maps.
