Why The KJV Only?

Modern day bibles have removed, replaced, re-worded verses in the scriptures. Why? They want to make bible more inclusive, hide critical truth that may offend, and turn the scriptures into a feel good book you can read. It gives anyone that wants to learn about the Word of God the misinformation about repentance, forgiveness, salvation by grace through faith alone, and more. That is a disservice to anyone wanting to get to know God and His Word. If the Word of God offends you, ask yourself, how much more is God offended by you!

What’s the difference between Acts 8:36-38 ESV v.s. Acts 8:36-38 KJV? Answer: Verse 37 has been removed from the ESV.

(First Example) Acts 8:36-38 ESV
36. And as they were going along the road they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “See, here is water! What prevents me from being baptized?” 38. And he commanded the chariot to stop, and they both went down into the water, Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him.
vs.
(Second example) Acts 8:36-38 KJV
36. And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water; and the eunuch said, “See, here is water! What doth hinder me from being baptized?” 37. And Philip said, “If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”38. And he commanded the chariot to stand still, and they both went down into the water, both Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him.

The KJV has remain faithful to the doctrine for over 400 years, word for word, line upon line, precept upon precept. The only difference between the 1611 KJV and today’s KJV are updated words.
