To all members:
Presently, there’s a bug where by new register account are unable accesses and/or view their Activity, Friends, Messages, Notification, Profile and Settings. At the same time, other member won’t be able to find new member in the Members Directory. However, new members may still view the Group Directory, Members Directory and User Guide. The issue is being investigated and the goal is to have this bug fixed within 24 to 72 hours. In the mean time, you can still join and create groups, post in group forums, join public chat rooms, join public forums, read and post comments on blogs.

To all member:
The issue that I discussed earlier this morning has been resolved. The issue was the Block and Send Report feature which caused new account from viewing, posting and editing their profile as well as, current members not being able to views post from newly register accounts. This feature has been disabled until the developers find a permanent fix. Once a permenant update has been found, the Block and Send Report feature will be re-introduced. If you have a brand new account, you will now be able to see and use your Activity, Friends, Messages, Profile, Notification and Settings as intended.
In the future, if you run into any problems, please post it here in the Support forum so I can have a look, duplicated and fix it as quickly as possible.
