I wanted to focus on the new feature, Rank Decay.
Ranked Matches
Added a new Rank Decay Mechanism. If players do not participate in ranked matches for several consecutive days, they will enter rank decay. In this state, the player's ranked points will decrease daily until they participate in matches again

This is the most annoying thing they could have added. However, In Call of Duty Mobile, Rank resets every season regardless if you play 10 matches once every two weeks or you grind to hit legendary. You only loose rank points if you loose the match unless you have a rank protection card that earned by drops. Nobody gets punished for not playing ranked via rank decay, that's just outright moronic.
Update
Rank Decay Disabled
Players have spoken out about Rank Decay and of today, Rank Decay has been disabled. This is by not mean a statement of removing a feature that no one asked for. Hence, if they choose to, they can reenable Rank Decay at any time. As of now, it's a win for the player base.

Rank Mode
The Ranked Decay feature has been disabled, and long periods of inactivity in ranked matches will no longer result in a deduction of rank points.

Bug Fixes
General
- Fixed an issue with the sensitivity settings for the scopes.
- Fixed a problem where the team that activates the Shard Card "Soul Cairn" has two identical Lancers by default in the next round under special circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where the skill "Chomper" of Chum exhibited abnormal movement while in explosion mode under special circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where the quantity for unlocking the Ultra Can was displayed abnormally under special circumstances.
